Mental Health Support in Budapest
Over coffee or on a walk
Where conversation feels natural
Tailored to you.
The conversation can be a space for:
anxiety and stress management
gaining a new perspective on a difficult situation
supporting self-awareness and self-reflection
identifying your strengths and resources
making sense of what's happening beneath the surface
recognizing patterns and connections
developing healthy coping strategies
or simply having a safe, supportive conversation where you feel truly seen and heard.
Nem kell egyedül lenned a gondolataiddal
These are some of the areas I have explored extensively, both personally and professionally:
Life transitions, challenges and coping
workplace dynamics and challenges, anxiety and stress management, burnout, living abroad, returning home, feeling stuck, parenting challenges, grief and loss, loneliness, being single, addiction and the journey of recovery.
Personal relations and your relationship with yourself
acceptance, healthy relationships, empathy, setting healthy boundaries, assertiveness, self-worth, self-care, and recognising our own needs.
Inner strength, resources and personal growth:
cultivating a positive outlook on life, finding joy in the ordinary, contentment, humility and self-acceptance.
Why meet over coffee or on a walk?
Reaching out for support can feel difficult. The thought of a clinical or office setting, the intensity of one-on-one attention, the silence, or simply sitting still for an hour can make taking that first step feel overwhelming.
I offer an alternative for those who are looking for emotional support in a more relaxed, familiar setting. A space where you don't have to step too far outside your comfort zone, and where talking to a professional doesn't have to feel like a big deal.
Whether it's before work, during your lunch break, or at the end of the day, you're welcome to join me for a conversation in a natural, everyday setting, one where you can explore new perspectives, find fresh insights and feel heard without judgment.
What is mental health support?
Mental health is about more than the absence of illness. It includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, how we relate to ourselves and others, how we cope with life's challenges, and how we grow through change.
My role is to support and strengthen your mental well-being by offering a safe, reflective space where you can pause, explore what's on your mind, and reconnect with your own strengths and resources.
What can you expect from our conversations?
Conversations are built on trust, empathy, and genuine human connection. Together, we can explore your current life situation, your thoughts and emotions, recurring patterns, and the challenges you may be facing.
The focus is not on giving advice or telling you what to do, but on helping you gain greater self-awareness, discover new perspectives, recognize your own resources, and find solutions that feel right for you.
How’s it different from working with a psychologist?
Psychologists are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions and may provide psychotherapy where appropriate.
I offer supportive conversations that focus on your present situation, personal growth, and everyday challenges. I work within the scope of my training and qualifications, which means I do not provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.
If, at any point, I believe that working with a psychologist or psychiatrist would better support your needs, I will discuss this with you openly and respectfully, and encourage you to seek the most appropriate care.
