I'm glad you're here.
My name is Zsuzsanna Regina Szabó.

I've learned to embrace my imperfect life with an open heart, and I continue to move toward my goals with curiosity and hope. It inspires me to support others in finding their own way, too.

I grew up in Budapest and spent seven years living in London. I speak English fluently and hold qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Workplace Mental Health.

I genuinely believe that each of us has the capacity to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling, whatever that may look like. I've been through my own difficult seasons, and I didn't navigate them alone. Along the way, I was supported by people and professionals who offered guidance, understanding, and a safe place to land. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but also the kind of support I want to offer others.

You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed to reach out for support.

I also know that many people don't have a space where they can simply share their joys, worries, or thoughts without being interrupted, given unsolicited advice, or hearing someone else's story in return.

If you're looking for a thoughtful, supportive conversation, I'd be happy to hear from you.
